Can I make adjustments to my order?
We understand mistakes can happen. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. This could include editing the order, changing the size or changing the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any adjustments to it. If you would like to cancel or remove items from your order, please refer to our returns policy.
Why isn’t my discount code working?

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can it be applied after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. Please save the code for your next order!

What is a pre-order?
By placing a pre-order you are ensuring you secure an item in advance, before it sells out. An item is placed on pre-order when we are awaiting its delivery from our manufacturers. Please note the delivery date for pre-orders is an estimate based on the information from our manufacturers and shipping company.
