Shipping policy

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 1 pm (AEST). All orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

AUSTRALIA

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $100.
Orders under $100 are a flat rate charge of $10 for domestic express shipping. We use Australia Post Express Mail which arrives in 1-2 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a unique tracking code to track your delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING when you spend over $200.
Orders under $200 are a flat rate charge of:
New Zealand: $20 AUD
Rest of the World: $30 AUD
We use Australia Post Standard Mail which arrives in 10-15 days from the date your order is dispatched. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a unique tracking code to track your delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
